Minestrina ai Ceci (Chickpeas in broth with short pasta)

This is simply one of my favorites. Being Italian, I grew up with delicious and simple foods that are easy to make and packed full of flavors. Looking at it, it may seems like there is nothing to it, but I can assure you, it is aromatic and hardy! The rosemary really brings out the olfactory part of the dish which matches perfectly with the acidity of the light tomato in the broth... Recipe to follow!
